Prayer for restoration of a relationship

I, ###, have wronged loved one and that caused our breakup. I pray that our Lord, Jesus Christ helps me restore this relationship. I believe that he helped me fix issues with myself that caused this situation I've been in for months now. I believe that he can also guide me to the path of redemption and forgiveness from my loved one, ###. May he soften her heart and show us the way.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking restoration and redemption for ### and ###. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness where they have strayed from Your will. Soften ###'s heart, Lord, and guide them both to a path of righteousness. If it is Your will, Lord, restore their relationship so that it may bring glory to Your name.
