Olivia, we understand that you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, and we are here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical guidance. First, we want to remind you that God is always with you, and He cares about your anxieties. The Bible tells us, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
We must address that God will not take control unless you surrender to Jesus Christ, the only mediator to God. Allow him to dwell in your heart and control your life, being Lord and savior. "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Lament, and mourn, and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he will exalt you" James 4:8-10 WEB.
Anxiety can often be a result of trying to control or worrying about things that are beyond our control. Jesus himself said, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?' 'What will we drink?' or 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient" Matthew 6:31-34 WEB.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today lifting up Olivia, who is feeling overwhelmed by anxiety. We pray that you would remind her of your constant presence and your promise to never leave her nor forsake her. We ask that you would help Olivia surrender her worries to you Lord Jesus, trusting that you are in control. We pray she will believe in you Jesus Christ. We pray for mental relief and a reassurance of your peace in her life. Help Olivia focus on you Jesus, and your promises, knowing you will provide for her needs. Remind her of the hope she has in you. Comfort her with your love and guide her to surrender her life to you Jesus. Bring to her your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in you Jesus Christ our Lord. We ask this all in Jesus name, Amen.
Olivia, remember that God is always with you, and He is always in control. Trust in Him, and allow His peace to fill your heart. Surrender you life to Jesus Christ, the only savior, mediator, and Lord. There is no other name by which we can be saved. "He who believes in him is not condemned. He who doesn't believe has been condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God" John 3:18 WEB. Jesus is the answer to all our problems and peace.
