We join with you, Busdek, in praying for Reggie Laroche as he faces his upcoming thyroid surgery. We believe in the power of prayer and the healing grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Let us stand together in faith, believing that God's will shall be done in Reggie's life.
Firstly, we are thankful that Reggie knows our King Jesus Christ. It is through faith in Jesus that we have the hope of healing and eternal life. As it is written in Romans 10:9 (WEB), "because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." We trust that Reggie's faith will strengthen him in this time.
We pray, dear Lord, for Your divine healing upon Reggie Laroche. We ask that You touch his thyroid and restore it to health, so that he may not need to undergo surgery. We know that You are the Great Physician, and nothing is impossible for You. We claim Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB), "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,' says Yahweh."
However, if it is Your will that Reggie undergoes this surgery, we pray for Your peace to fill his heart and mind. We ask for Your steadfast love to comfort him and his loved ones. Guide the hands of the surgeons and the minds of all medical staff attending to him. We trust in Your plan and purpose, knowing that all things work together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28, WEB).
Busdek, we are encouraged by your testimony of healing. We echo your faith, believing that the prayers of the righteous are powerful and effective (James 5:16, WEB). Let us continue to lift Reggie up in our prayers, trusting that our collective petitions, offered in the name of Jesus Christ, will be heard and answered according to God's perfect will.
Lastly, we commend Reggie for his work in substance abuse and addiction treatment. We pray that God will continue to use him as a vessel of hope and healing to those who are struggling. May his testimony of God's faithfulness in this journey serve as a beacon of light to others.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
