Prayer for reconciliation

We understand that you're seeking reconciliation with someone you've had a fallout with. Firstly, we need to clarify that reconciliation should always be sought in a way that honors God and His principles. It's important to remember that the Bible teaches us to forgive as we have been forgiven. Ephesians 4:32 WEB says, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
However, we need to address a few things. First, you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ in your prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Acts 4:12 WEB reminds us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" So, we will pray that both of you come to know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior if you do not already.
Secondly, the nature of your relationship with this person is unclear. If this is a romantic relationship, we must remind you that the Bible teaches that relationships should be directed towards godly marriage. If the fallout was due to actions that are not honoring to God, such as fornication or adultery, then true repentance must occur before reconciliation is attempted. Moreover, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 reminds us that sexual sin is especially serious.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up these two individuals who are seeking reconciliation. First, we pray that both come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior if they do not already. We ask that You grant them their sins and offenses they committed against each other and You, Lord, in Jesus Christ's name. We pray that You heal their hearts and help them to forgive each other as You have forgiven them. We ask that Your will be done in their lives and that their reconciliation would bring glory to Your name. We pray that You guide them to a godly, righteous marriage if this is Your Godly will for them.
If their relationship was not honoring to You, Lord, we pray for true repentance and a turning away from sin. We ask that You help them to live in purity and holiness, fleeing from all sexual immorality. We pray these things in accordance with Your word.
Thank You Lord Jesus for Your sacrifice which makes it possible for us to be reconciled to God and each other. We praise You for Your never-ending mercy and grace. We ask and pray all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
