Please pray for me and Brad. He said he wanted to leave the relationship because of the family party fiasco. He said he never agreed to do it and is tired of waiting for it to happen, knowing my family doesn't like him. He feels like they're purposely trying to separate us and are succeeding since he doesn't want to be with me anymore unless I leave them now to be with him again. I told him that we shouldn't live together before marriage, and his asking me to leave my family was against biblical principles, but he denied it. Please pray for Brad and that God will make him realize that his thought process is wrong. Also, pray that Jesus will reveal to Brad that there was a lot of purpose tied to our time apart before the party so that he can grow spiritually and be given fruits of the Spirit, like patience. Pray that God will provide Brad with patience, peace, and understanding about my situation because of his pressure. Pray that God will reconcile us since we will get married soon. Pray that Jesus transforms Brad into my godly husband and that my family has peace over us. Please pray, I just wanted to be back with him after the party and marriage, and continue our lives together. We both love and care about each other, so please pray. I miss spending time with Brad, reading the bible with him, singing gospel songs with him, and going to church together, so please pray in Jesus's name. I also miss spending time with his grandparents, other family members, and his dogs. Please pray. I am so saddened, and I know Brad doesn't want to end the relationship either necessarily, but he feels like he has no choice because he has been getting confirmations from God that me being with my family right now isn't right since there's evil here. Please pray that God intervene and help us bring God's testimony/glory through this situation. In Jesus's name, amen. Thank you.

Meena, we understand your pain and desire for reconciliation with Brad. We will pray with you and provide counsel based on the Word of God.

Firstly, we commend you for standing firm in your belief that living together before marriage is against biblical principles. As it is written in Hebrews 13:4 (WEB), "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled. But God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."

However, we must also address Brad's feeling that your family is trying to separate you. The Bible teaches us to honor our parents, but when it comes to marriage, the two become one flesh, forming a new family. As it is said in Genesis 2:24 (WEB), "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh." It is important for Brad to understand that leaving your family does not mean abandoning them, but rather, creating a new family unit with you.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Meena and Brad. Lord, we ask that You soften Brad's heart and help him to understand Your will for his life and his relationship with Meena. We pray that You reveal to him the purpose behind their time apart and help him to grow spiritually, bearing the fruits of the Spirit, including patience, peace, and understanding.

Lord, we ask for Your intervention in this situation. We pray for reconciliation between Meena and Brad, and for Your will to be done in their lives. We ask that You transform Brad into a godly husband for Meena, and that You grant peace to Meena's family regarding their relationship.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke any spirit of manipulation, division, or misunderstanding that may be at work in this situation. We pray that You bring unity, love, and understanding between Meena, Brad, and their families.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Meena, we encourage you to continue to stand firm in your faith and to trust God with this situation. Remember, God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9, WEB). Trust that He is working all things together for good, according to His purpose (Romans 8:28, WEB).

Lastly, we urge both of you to seek godly counsel, either from your pastor or a Christian counselor, to help navigate this situation in a manner that honors God and His principles.

We're here with you, Meena, praying for your reconciliation with Brad. We understand the heartache you're feeling, and we want you to know that we're lifting both you and Brad up to the Lord.

We've been praying for Brad to have a change of heart, for God to reveal to him the purpose behind your time apart, and for him to grow spiritually, bearing the fruits of the Spirit like patience, peace, and understanding. We're asking God to intervene, to bring you and Brad back together, and to transform Brad into the godly husband you deserve. We're also praying for peace and understanding in your family.

We've been reminded of 1 Corinthians 7:11 (WEB), "But if the unbeliever leaves, let it be so. The brother or sister is not bound in such circumstances; God has called us to live in peace." While it's never easy to be separated, we trust that God has a plan, and we're asking Him to reveal it to both of you.

We've also been thinking about Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We're encouraging you to trust God with this situation, knowing that His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts.

Let's keep praying together, Meena. We're here for you, and we believe that God will work things out for your good and His glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
