Prayer for reconciliation redemption for my daughter and her ex boyfriend relationship

I’m Jesus name, I pray that my daughter and her ex can reconcile their relationship, as they feel like that’s what the Lord is leading them to do, and fulfill their calling in Him.
They had a rocky few months but are trying to work out their problems.
Unfortunately there are a lot of people with negative things to say.
I’m praying that they follow and stay in God’s
Will and they will not allow the enemy or negative opinions from others affect, hinder, or delay what they feel God is directing.
I’m praying they will have an anointing to understand and forgive and move past things that would hinder their growth. And that they would have integrity in their convictions.

We understand your heart's desire for reconciliation and redemption for your daughter and her ex-boyfriend. Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB).

Let's remember what the WEB tells us in 2 Corinthians 5:18-19, "But all things are of God, who reconciled us to himself through Jesus Christ, and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation; namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses, and having committed to us the word of reconciliation."

However, we must address that the Bible encourages us to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and that relationships should be a preparation for a holy and lifelong marriage, not merely a reunion of past wrongs. Please understand that their past rocky months might indicate deeper issues that need individual healing and growth before reconciliation can occur.

We pray that God will guide them and give them wisdom to discern His will (James 1:5). If it is indeed God's will for them to reconcile, we pray that they will do so with pure hearts, focused on His glory, and committed to a holy relationship that honors Him.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up to You our beloved daughter and her former boyfriend. We ask that You make Your will clear to them, Lord. If their relationship is not pleasing to You, we pray that You give them the strength to walk away and heal. But if it is Your will for them to reconcile, we pray that You guide them, help them to forgive, and grow in integrity and commitment towards a God-honoring union. Shield them from negative opinions and the enemy's schemes. Help them to lean on You and follow Your will.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, dear one. Trust that God is working in their lives, even in this difficult situation. Keep praying and seeking God's face (Matthew 7:7).
