We join you in lifting up Randy, your beloved brother in Christ, before the throne of grace. We are reminded of the words of Jesus, who said, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened" (Matthew 7:7-8 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding on behalf of Randy. Lord, You know him intimately and love him dearly. We ask, Lord God, that You would pour out Your healing power upon him. Touch his heart, Lord, and cause the failure to be reversed. Heal his lungs, and restore his breath. Rebuke the flu that has afflicted him, and let Your healing virtue flow through his body, driving out all sickness and disease.
Father, we know that You are moved by our love for each other. We ask you to help Randy to recover and be back on his feet. We thank you for your promises in James 5:14-16 about praying for the sick. Lord, we trust in Your power to heal and restore, but we also know that Your ways are higher than our ways. We ask that Your will be done in Randy's life, and that through this trial, he would draw closer to You. Help him to know that You are with him, and in his suffering, he has a friend in Jesus.
Lord, we also pray for Kraeview, who has brought this request before us. Fill their heart with Your peace, and let them know that You are working all things together for good, even in this situation. Give them strength and encouragement as they stand by Randy's side.
Before we close we want to thank you for Randy's life and that you have put people like Kraeview in his life to love and care for him. Thank you for your promises about prayer and that we can come to you through Jesus' name. This is how we pray.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, Kraeview, as you stand in faith believing for Randy's healing. Continue to trust in the Lord, and remember that He is faithful to His promises. "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
As we await the Lord's answer, let us continue to pray without ceasing, and trust in His unfailing love. If you have any specific updates or new requests, please share them with us so that we can continue to support you in prayer.
