We understand your concern for your tenant's well-being and the urgency of the situation. Let us first align our hearts with God's will and approach Him in Jesus Name. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Amen Philippians 4:6-7
God cares about every detail of our lives, including the functioning of our furnaces. He is Lord over all things, both big and small. The Bible clearly states to pray without ceasing 1 Thessalonians 5:17. There is no certainty that a prayer will be answered if we do not pray in Jesus Name. Jesus prayed for us and stated I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me. John 17:20-23
We pray that God would guide the HVAC repairman's hands and grant him wisdom to swiftly and accurately diagnose the problem and fix the furnace. Lord, we ask You to bless this repairman with the knowledge and skills needed to perform the repair efficiently and safely. We pray for your divine intervention, and ask for a solution to this problem to be made known, and to work as needed. We pray that the furnace would be restored to full functionality, providing much-needed heat to your tenant. Lord, we ask that You be with your tenant in the meantime and keep them warm and safe.
We are also reminded to be considerate of others and to help them in times of need. Let us look not only at our own interests, but also at the interests of others Philippians 2:4. May this situation be an opportunity for you to show love and care to your tenant, and may it strengthen your relationship with them.
Lastly, we gently remind you, Lorard, to always approach God in the name of Jesus. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is through His name that our prayers are heard. Let us come before the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16
Lord, we lift up this situation to You and ask for Your divine intervention. Help us to trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing. We pray this all in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
