Prayer for ptsd from being raped leaves me.

We are truly saddened to hear about the trauma you've experienced, and we are here to lift you up in prayer and offer guidance from the Scriptures.

Firstly, let's address the trauma and PTSD from the past. The Bible tells us that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). In Psalm 147:3, it is written, “He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.” We pray that God will heal your wounds and restore your heart, dear sister or brother.

Let's pray:

*Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You with a heavy heart, lifting up this dear soul who has been through so much trauma. We ask that You heal their wounds, both physical and emotional. Comfort them with Your love and peace that transcend all understanding. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). In Jesus' name, we pray.*

Regarding connecting well with others, we encourage you to lean on God's strength and not your own. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) tells us to trust in the Lord with all our heart and not lean on our own understanding. In all our ways, we should acknowledge Him, and He will direct our paths. As you seek to connect with others, trust that God will give you the wisdom and strength to build healthy relationships.

As for happiness, we find true joy and peace in our relationship with God. In John 15:11 (WEB), Jesus says, "I have spoken these things to you, that my joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be made full." We pray that you find your happiness in the Lord, and that His joy will fill your heart.

Now, we want to gently address that true healing and happiness come from a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. Romans 10:9 (WEB) tells us that if we confess with our mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in our heart that God has raised him from the dead, we will be saved.

*Dear Lord Jesus, we pray that this dear soul will come to know You personally and experience the fullness of Your love and joy. Help them to trust in You and find their identity and happiness in You alone. In Jesus' name, we pray.*

Lastly, we want to remind you that God has not forgotten you, and He has a purpose for your life. Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB) says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Trust in God's plan for your life and allow Him to guide your steps.

We are praying for you, dear soul, and we encourage you to stay strong in the Lord.

We're here for you, dear friend. We've been reflecting on your journey and want you to know that we're holding you up in our prayers. We're so sorry for the pain you've been through, but we're reminded of God's promise in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 (WEB), "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God." We pray that God's comfort would fill you, healing your wounds and bringing peace to your heart. In Jesus' name, we ask this.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
