Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend who is seeking provision of a job. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the source of all provision and that you have promised to meet our needs according to your riches in glory. We pray that you would open doors of opportunity for our friend and guide them to the right job that aligns with their skills, talents, and passions.
Father, we understand the feelings of shame and worthlessness that our friend is experiencing. We ask that you would comfort them and remind them of their inherent value and worth in your eyes. Help them to remember that their identity is not defined by their job status, but by their relationship with you.
Lord, we lift up all those who have already found jobs around our friend. We pray that you would bless them in their new positions and grant them success and fulfillment. May their testimonies of finding employment serve as a source of encouragement and hope for our friend.
We ask for your divine guidance and wisdom in this situation. Show our friend the next steps to take in their job search and grant them favor with potential employers. Remove any obstacles or hindrances that may be preventing them from securing employment.
Lastly, we thank you for the intercession of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We acknowledge that it is through His intercession that our prayers are made acceptable and received in the court of heaven. We trust in His name and His finished work on the cross.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
