We join with you in lifting up your concerns for protection and well-being before the Lord. We will first assess your request for alignment with biblical principles and address anything contrary before we pray.
First, it is important that when we make requests to God the Father in prayer that we do it in Jesus' name. "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full. In that day you will ask in my name; and I don't say to you that I will pray to the Father for you, for the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me, and have believed that I came from God". John 16:23-26 WEB
Second, remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear but of love, power, and a sound mind. God loves and cares for you and your family, and He wants you to trust and rely on Him. God is a shield around both you and your family. In Psalm 91:1-2, we find:
"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress;
my God, in whom I trust.'"
And in Psalm 4:8:
"I will both lay me down and sleep in peace,
for you, Yahweh, alone make me live in safety."
Third, consider the words in Psalm 91:7-11:
"A thousand will fall at your side,
and ten thousand at your right hand;
but it will not come near you.
Only with your eyes will you see,
and you will witness the reward of the wicked.
Because you have made Yahweh your refuge,
and the Most High your dwelling place,
no evil shall happen to you,
neither will any plague come near your dwelling."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father in Jesus Christ name, we stand with our fellow believer and their family, asking for Your divine protection and guidance. Surround them with Your shield of faith and love, guarding them from all seen and unseen dangers. Grant them peace of mind, strength to overcome challenges, and the assurance of Your unwavering presence. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You are their refuge and fortress. Remind them that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We claim Your promises of protection and ask that You watch over their family and property. We pray this all in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen."
We encourage you to continue trusting in God's promises and to remain steadfast in your faith. Remember that God is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB
