Prayer for Protection

Here I am again today asking for your help. I am confused. I need guidance and protection from the Almighty Father.

Lord, if this relationship/courtship is not meant for me, gently remove it, Lord. And if it is, show me a clear sign that it actually is meant for me.

Sometimes I hurt her, sometimes she confuses me. I like her. I've been praying for her. I've been praying since then that she will notice me. But right now, I'm confused and hurt.

Give me patience, Lord. Give me patience until I understand your will, Lord. I wanna know if I deserve this and if I deserve her.

Regarding the confusion you both face, remember that God is not the author of confusion but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). Spend time in prayer and in God's Word, seeking His face and will for your courtship. He promises to guide you and give you wisdom if you ask (James 1:5).

If it is Your will, Lord, let this relationship flourish and grow into a God-honoring marriage. But if it is not, gently remove it from his life. Give him patience and clarity to understand and accept Your will. Help them both to treat each other with kindness and love, seeking forgiveness and reconciliation when needed.
