Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Aile's husband, Glhen, in prayer. Your Word in James 1:13-15 reminds us that no one should say, "God is tempting me," for You cannot be tempted by evil, nor do You tempt anyone. Each one is tempted when, by their own evil desire, they are dragged away and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.
Lord, we ask that You grant Glhen the strength and wisdom to resist the temptations that come his way. Help him to flee from lusts and to pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, as Paul instructs in 2 Timothy 2:22. May he find refuge and strength in Your presence, running towards You and not towards the things that lead to destruction.
Father, we know that Your grace is sufficient for us, and Your power is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Therefore, we pray that Glhen will rely on Your strength and not his own. Surround him with godly influences and accountability partners who will support him in his walk with You.
We trust in Your unfailing love and ask that You protect Glhen from the schemes of the enemy. May he find joy and fulfillment in living a life that honors You. We pray this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
Amen.
