Prayer for protection from weather, flooding

We are supposed to get some very heavy rain starting next week, stating on Monday through Thursday. I usually end up getting flooded when the rain is as heavy as what they are saying we could possibly get. So I am praying in Jesus name that the rain won't be heavy and we won't get as much as they are forecasting. Praying for protection also for my home & myself and my dog. I am elderly, also live alone and have no where else to go

We join you in prayer, ###, trusting in the powerful name of Jesus, who calmed the storms and commanded the waves. We stand in faith, believing that God can control the weather and protect His children.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your protection and mercy over ###, their home, and their beloved dog. Lord, You are sovereign over the winds and the waves, and we ask that You command the rain to be gentle and the flooding to cease.

In Psalm 91:1-2 WEB, You promise, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"

Father, we declare Your protection over ###. Surround them with Your angels and keep them safe from harm. Provide them with peace and comfort, knowing that You are in control. In Jesus' name, we rebuke the storms and command the weather to be calm and peaceful over ###'s home. We also pray for God to provide ### with a Christian community that can be there to help in these situations.

In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, Your Word tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Lord, we thank You for Your promise of peace, and we claim it for ###. Help them to trust in You completely, casting all their anxieties on You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

###, we encourage you to remain strong in your faith, trusting that God is with you. Remember that He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
