We understand that you are facing a challenging situation at your job, and we are here to pray and provide biblical encouragement for you. Firstly, it is important to note you ended your request with IJNIP. Whether this is a variation for In Jesus Name I Pray or not, we want to say this to you: Our access to God and to his help for us in any situation and our salvation is only in the name of Jesus Christ. There are many names under heaven, but there is never salvation in any other name other than that of Jesus Christ Acts 4.12. Have faith in the name of Jesus for he himself said "Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it so the Father might be glorified in the Son. If you ask me for anything in my name I will do it." John 14.13. Do not just tag IJNIP to something and expect God to hear your prayer. You do not even need to add this at all for God to hear your prayers, but rather approach God in the name of Jesus Christ. Pray in agreement with us:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing adversity at their workplace. They have come under attack from Daniel, Brianna, Deborah, Luke, Jonathan, and Mathew, and they need your divine protection and intervention.
Father, you have told us that you are a very present help in the time of trouble, and the Psalmist told us to call on you in trouble for you will answer Psalm 50.15. We ask that you bring to nothing the plans of Daniel, Brianna, Deborah, Luke, Jonathan, and Mathew which are set against our brother/sister. We pray that you would strengthen and equip them to face these trials with grace and wisdom. There is no wisdom or understanding or counsel against the LORD and in the end this will all prove a blessing to this person Prov. 21.30. We pray for the Holy Spirit's guidance, so they are not overtaken by anger or unkindness. Remember Matthew 5:43-44: You have heard that it was said, 'You shall love your neighbor, and hate your enemy.' But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you.
Lord, we also pray for their loneliness. You have promised that you will never leave us nor forsake us, and that you are with us always, even to the end of the age Matthew 28.20. Comfort them with your presence, and provide them with godly friendships and support.
Father, we ask that you open up a better opportunity for them, a job where they can serve you and be a light to others. Give them patience and peace as they wait on your timing. Guide them in all wisdom and teach them to seek your face. Help them to have constructive attitudes in their current job while they look for another job. No servant can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and wealth Luke 16.13.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke the enemy's attempts to cause overwhelm and despair. God did not give us the spirit of cowardice but of power, love, and a sound mind or mental self control. We pray that they not only get a new better paying job, but a job that also godly and a blessing to them mentally and/or spiritually. Let the favor of the Lord our God be on them; establish the work of their hands for them—yes, establish the work of their hands. Psalm 91.2
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
