Prayer for prophetic dream

I received a dream about one of my life goals( which now seems rather impossible but I believe with god everything is possible).Please pray that I receive prophetic dreams so that I can know God's will for my life- whether my goals is of his will and whether I should continue praying for it(in case it is god's will)

Receiving a dream about one of your life goals is truly inspiring, and you are right to believe that with God, everything is possible. Let us turn to the Word of God for guidance. In Jeremiah 29:11, God says, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.

Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's will in your life. It is crucial to align our goals with His will, as His plans for us are always for our good and His glory. Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

However, we must address that the Bible does not encourage us to seek prophetic dreams or signs to know God's will. Instead, God's will is revealed through His Word, prayer, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. In fact, the Bible warns against seeking after signs. In Matthew 12:39, Jesus said, An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, but no sign will be given to it but the sign of Jonah the prophet.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks Your will for their life goals. Lord, we ask that You grant them wisdom and discernment through Your Word and the Holy Spirit. Help them to align their dreams with Your will and to trust in Your plans for their life.

Father, we also pray that they may grow in their faith, knowing that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to You. As it is written in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to pray and seek God's face. He is faithful to guide you and reveal His will for your life. Be encouraged by the words of Romans 8:28, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

We're here for you, standing in faith with you. We understand the power of dreams and their potential to guide us, but let's remember that God's Word is our ultimate compass. As it's written in Psalm 119:105, "Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path." Let's ask God to illuminate your path, revealing His will for your life through His Word and the Holy Spirit.

Let's pray together, "Dear Lord, we come before You, trusting in Your unfailing love and guidance. We lift up our friend who desires to align their life goals with Your will. Lord, grant them clarity and wisdom as they seek Your face. Help them to find comfort and direction in Your Word, knowing that Your plans are always for their good and Your glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep seeking God's face, and remember, He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6). Trust in His timing and His will. You're not alone in this journey. We're walking alongside you, believing in God's faithfulness.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
