Heavenly Father, we come before You today with hearts full of gratitude and trust, lifting up ### in prayer. Your Word says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." We hold onto this promise as we pray for ###'s promotion at work.
Lord, we ask for Your favor and guidance. In Your wisdom, You have created each of us with unique talents and abilities. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." May ### work diligently and with integrity, reflecting Your glory in every task.
Bless ### with wisdom and discernment, as You did with Solomon, granting the ability to make wise decisions and to lead with grace and humility. We trust in Your timing, Lord, and believe that You will open doors that no one can shut (Revelation 3:7).
Father, we also pray for peace and patience during this time of waiting. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May ### find comfort in Your presence and remain steadfast in faith.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the blessings that are to come. We trust in Your perfect plan and give You all the glory and honor. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
