Prayer for promotion and good appraisal

Dear Lord

My promotion is due and not going through due to various reasons beyond my control.
Pls help me get promoted.
Also help me get an A band in my appraisal. My manager is not planning to give me an A as planned earlier. I have worked hard and am deserving but now feeling demotivated and disappointed. Pls help me Lord in getting a good band.
