We understand your urgent need for prolonged citizenship and healing from your health conditions. Let's bring your request before the Lord together.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging God as El-ROI, the God who sees you. It's wonderful that you recognize His presence and power in your life. However, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It's important to understand that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Therefore, we will pray to God in the name of Jesus for your needs.
Regarding your citizenship case, we trust in God's sovereignty and His ability to intervene in your situation. Remember the words of Proverbs 21:1 (WEB), "The king’s heart is in God’s hand, like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires." We will pray that God moves the hearts of those involved in your case.
Concerning your health, we believe that God can heal you from blood pressure issues and blood clots in your lungs. Let's claim the promise in 3 John 1:2 (WEB), "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. You are El-ROI, the God who sees Stacural and knows their needs. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their citizenship case. We pray that You soften the hearts of those involved and grant a favorable outcome according to Your will.
We also ask for Your healing power to manifest in Stacural's body. Lord, heal them completely from high blood pressure and blood clots in their lungs. Restore their health and strength, that they may testify of Your goodness and mercy.
Lord, if Stacural does not yet know Jesus as their personal Savior, we pray that You reveal Him to them, that they may believe in Him and be saved, for there is no other name by which we can be saved.
We ask all these things in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
