Khugowe you are struggling with a lack of peace and feeling under attack in your quiet time with God.
Peace is a fruit of the Spirit, but it is possible to be disturbed by the enemy's attacks. The enemy will try to distract us and to destroy our fellowship with God. You are not alone. The enemy tries to do this to many believers.
First, let's address the authority you have in Jesus Christ. You did not mention Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ, or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. A person must believe that Jesus Christ is God and that he paid for our sins on the cross. Also, a person must believe that Jesus Christ rose from the dead after three days. Only then can a person be saved. Also, a person should repent of their sins and turn to God. It is only then that God can hear our prayers.
Since you did not specifically mention Jesus Christ or anything similar, this is a concern and needs to be discussed. If you do not believe in Jesus Christ, then please do so. Believe in Jesus Christ and be saved.
Stand firm against the schemes of the devil.
Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness, and having your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one.
