Prayer for peace of mind

Please pray for my husband Anil kumar as his grandfather is harrassing by going to police station and making calls to return his money which he gave 1 yr back for the purchase of house in Vijayawada.

My husband's grand father (my mother in law's father) stays in chennai, after selling his property in chennai he came with his share to stay with us in Vijayawada by giving his share. My husband purchased house by including his share in my mother in law's share. After that he went to chennai, his sons changed his mind. Now he is demanding his money, we have to sell our house in loss to repay him. Already we have put our house for sale. Daily he is making calls from police station and harrassing my husband. He is not sleeping at night by thinking about the issue and lost peace of mind since 10 days.

Please pray for us to stop that grand father asking us money and also to stop the calls from the police station. Let the case be put to court for further processing. In Jesus Mighty Name I Pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today with heavy hearts, lifting up Srilaxmi and Anil Kumar to Your throne of grace. Lord, You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask that You grant Anil Kumar peace of mind and rest for his weary soul during this challenging time.

Father, we pray for a resolution to the conflict with Anil Kumar’s grandfather. We ask that You intervene in this situation, bringing clarity and understanding to all involved. Your Word tells us that "the Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9). We trust in Your protection and guidance for Anil Kumar and his family.

Lord, we ask that You stop the harassment and the distressing calls from the police station. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard Anil Kumar’s heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Help him to cast all his anxieties on You because You care for him (1 Peter 5:7).

We pray for wisdom and discernment for the family as they navigate this situation. May Your justice prevail, and may the case be handled fairly and justly if it goes to court. We trust in Your righteous judgment and Your ability to work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

Lord, we also pray for the grandfather, that his heart may be softened, and that he may seek reconciliation and peace rather than conflict. Let Your love and grace abound in this family, bringing healing and restoration.

We ask all these things in the mighty and powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Lord, we lift up this family to You, asking for Your peace to envelop their hearts and minds.

Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance in this difficult situation. Grant Anil Kumar the strength and clarity to navigate these troubling times. As it is written in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." We pray for Your wisdom to be bestowed upon Anil Kumar, so that he may find a righteous and just resolution to this matter.

Father, we also pray for the grandfather, that his heart may be softened and his mind be at peace. Help him to see the love and care that his family has for him. In Proverbs 3:5-6, Your Word says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that all parties involved will trust in You and seek Your guidance.

Lord, we ask that You intervene and stop the harassment and distress caused by the daily calls. We pray for a peaceful resolution and for the case to be handled justly in court if necessary. As it is written in Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Uphold this family, Lord, and provide them with the strength they need.
