Dear brother's and sister's please join me in prayer as I come to you heavenly father humbling my self for you are my father who sees through my heart I thank you God for my job for my colleagues for my bosses and for my family I know that in every situation we are meant to learn or to experience life but sometimes it's feels toxic but in Jesus name I pray for my work place that every words we speak may not be word's that hurts our hearts in Jesus name may those who talk with out consideration be seen by the holy spirit may their hearts be filled with love and respect of others may thier stop gossiping in Jesus might name amen

We understand your heart's cry for peace in your workplace, ###. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for this situation.

Let us first be reminded of what the Word of God says about our speech and how we should conduct ourselves:

"Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." (Ephesians 4:29 WEB)

"But now put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and shameful speaking out of your mouth." (Colossians 3:8 WEB)

"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice." (Ephesians 4:31 WEB)

Let us pray:

Father God, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up ###'s workplace to You. Lord, You see and know all things, and we ask that Your peace would reign in this place. We pray that every word spoken would be gracious, seasoned with salt, and bring life rather than hurt or division.

Holy Spirit, we ask that You would convict the hearts of those who speak without consideration. Fill them with Your love and respect for others. Bring an end to gossip, and let kindness and encouragement be the norm.

God, we thank You for ###'s job, colleagues, and bosses. We ask that Your will be done in this workplace, and that it would be a place of growth, learning, and positive experiences. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
