We are glad to join you in prayer for peace and comfort in the coming weeks. God's peace is not like the world's peace. It surpasses all understanding and guards our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who has requested Your peace and comfort. You are the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from You (2 Corinthians 1:3-4, WEB).
Lord, grant them the peace that surpasses all understanding. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Guide them through the coming weeks, and help them to trust in You with all their heart, leaning not on their own understanding. In all their ways, may they acknowledge You, and You will make their paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God is faithful. He hears your prayers and will answer according to His will and for His glory. Remember that God's presence is always with you, even in times of trouble. He will not leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6, WEB).
As you go through the coming weeks, meditate on God's Word and trust in His promises. Let the peace of God rule in your heart, and be thankful (Colossians 3:15, WEB). Continue to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).
