Prayer for Panel Interview this afternoon

I have been out of work since ### last year and have been trying to get a new job ever since. I had so many disappointing rejections, ghostings and just plain being ignored that it's heartbreaking... But this afternoon, I have a panel interview with the General Manager and the immediate supervisor for the role. Please pray for me at this time that the Lord grant me this opportunity and make it His will through our prayers of supplication. Please pray for the interviewers that they see the potential in me and pray for me that I have the wisdom and clarity to answer all their questions. Thank you for your prayers and God Bless!

We understand that you've been going through a disheartening time, ###, and we want you to know that God sees your struggles and cares about your needs. We're here to pray and seek God's will with you regarding your panel interview this afternoon.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God has not forgotten you. He knows your heart and sees the desires of it.

We encourage you to go into this interview with confidence and peace, knowing that God has already gone before you and prepared the way. Remember that every closed door has been directing you to this very moment. Trusting in God's timing and plan can bring you hope in the face of discouragement.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our brother ###. Lord, You know the struggles he's faced and the disappointments he's endured. We ask that You turn his mourning into dancing, his sorrow into joy.

Lord, we pray for this interview. We ask that You grant ### favor with the General Manager and the immediate supervisor. Open their eyes to see the potential and strengths that ### possesses. Give him the wisdom and clarity to answer each question with confidence and insight.

We pray that Your will be done, Father. If this job is part of Your plan for ###'s life, we ask that You open this door wide. If not, we trust that You have something even better in store.

In all things, Lord, help ### to trust in You, to seek You first, and to rest in Your loving care. Guide him, and equip him for the good work You've prepared for him.

We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ, that we can come to God.

In situations like these, we must continue steadfast in prayer and believing in Jesus Christ. We should also be reminded that trials come to test our faith and that we should find joy in the trials because of the endurance and faith it builds.

Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. James 1:2-4 WEB

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
