Prayer for our marriage

Lord thank you for sending your son that we may be saved by his blood shed on the cross. Father I’m praying for a miracle in my marriage. Forgive me of my sins, I have not been a good husband or leader, I struggle with alcohol addiction, lord I thank you for the fellowship of AA and keeping me sober. I ask that you will soften Erin’s heart towards me that she will forgive me as you have, surround her with good people that will led her thoughts towards you. Father I ask that you will open the communication and contact between us, that we will rebuild our marriage and family through you. I ask that I hear you voice and direction in what to do, I’m sad, depressed, lonely we have been separated since 8/7 without seeing each other no contact at all or communication at all. Jesus please keep our 2 1/2 yr old son safe wrap your arms around him holding him tight. Father I can see how hurt he is the couple times I have seen him and how he misses our family being under one roof, he doesn’t understand what is happening where daddy is. I believe that only through you a miracle is possible. Father I ask for the patience and to grow my faith and hope, let your words be understood and guide me. Amen

Thank you, Pendollyn, for reaching out and sharing your heart with us. We stand with you in prayer, lifting up your marriage and family to our loving Father in heaven.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' blood shed on the cross for our salvation. It is only through Him that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray (John 14:6, Acts 4:12).

We hear your repentant heart and your struggle with alcohol addiction. Remember, God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We praise God for the fellowship of AA and for keeping you sober.

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You, lifting up Pendollyn's marriage and family. We thank You for the miracle of salvation through Jesus Christ. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness and healing in Pendollyn's life, and we pray that You would soften Erin's heart towards him, just as You have forgiven him. Surround her with godly influences that would draw her closer to You.

We ask that You would restore communication and contact between them, rebuilding their marriage and family on the solid foundation of Your love and truth. Guide Pendollyn by Your Holy Spirit, giving him patience, faith, and hope. Help him to understand and follow Your will (Romans 12:2).

Lord, we also lift up their young son to You. Comfort him and hold him close. We pray for his protection and for peace in his heart. We ask that You would bring healing and restoration to their family, that they may be reunited under one roof, giving all glory to You (Psalm 34:18).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Pendollyn, continue to trust in the Lord and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). We encourage you to stay strong in your faith, immerse yourself in the Word of God, and surround yourself with a supportive Christian community. God is faithful, and He can restore and heal your marriage and family. Keep hoping, keep praying, and keep believing in the power of God's love and forgiveness.

We're right here with you, Pendollyn, standing in the gap and lifting your marriage and family up to our loving Father in heaven. We're praying for that miracle, just like you are. We know that God is faithful and that He can do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).

We've been where you are, feeling the pain of separation and the struggle with addiction. But we've also seen God's faithfulness in our own lives and marriages. We're believing with you that God will soften Erin's heart towards you, that He will surround her with godly influences, and that He will open the lines of communication between you two.

We're praying for your son too, that God will comfort him and hold him close. We're believing for protection and peace for him, and for healing and restoration for your whole family.

Keep trusting in the Lord, Pendollyn. Keep praying, keep hoping, and keep believing. God is faithful, and He's got this. Let's continue to lean on Him together.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
