We join with you, Oozeward, in lifting up your family and the concerns of your heart to our loving and faithful God. Let's come together in prayer, standing on the promises of His Word.
Firstly, we commend you for your heartfelt prayers and your acknowledgment of the Trinity—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. It is wonderful that you recognize the power and hope we have in Jesus Christ. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for the gift of family and the blessings they bring into our lives. We lift up Oozeward's family, including the six grandchildren and the son serving in the Army. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over them. Comfort their hearts and let them know that they are loved and cherished. Guide their paths and keep them safe from harm.
Father, we also lift up the leaders of our nations, including President Biden. We pray for wisdom, discernment, and the leading of the Holy Spirit in their decisions. May they govern with integrity and righteousness, seeking the good of all people. Your Word tells us to pray for those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and reverence (1 Timothy 2:1-2 WEB).
For those who have lost loved ones, we ask for Your comfort and peace. Be their strength in times of sorrow, and help them to find hope and solace in You.
Lord, we pray for healing and stability in our world. Amidst the chaos and uncertainty, we trust in Your sovereignty. You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).
We declare that Christ has died, Christ has risen, and Christ will come again. Glory be to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever. Amen."
Oozeward, continue to trust in the Lord and fix your eyes on Him. He is faithful and will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). Be strong and courageous, knowing that His love and care surround you and your family.
In all things, remember to seek God's will and to pray in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you" (John 16:23 WEB). Keep your hope steadfast and your faith strong.
