Prayer for our DEPT 🙏🙏🙏

Heavenly Father, I come before You with a humble heart, lifting up MFL to You. I pray that she may realize the time and effort I have dedicated to my work, sacrificing precious moments with my family, even on weekends, to ensure that tasks are completed. Lord, I ask for fairness in her dealings with everyone, including the new member of our team. May she soon discern the true attitude and intentions of the newbie, and may she not be quick to blame or scold me for the mistakes of others. I pray that You grant her wisdom to recognize her own shortcomings and seek understanding based on truth, not just her own perspective. I also pray for a stronger, united team, where relationships are built on respect and trust. Help me, Lord, to not feel envious or jealous of others. Guide my heart and mind to be selfless and compassionate in every decision I make. Give me the strength to walk in Your ways, showing love and patience to those around me. Thank You for Your constant guidance and presence in my life. Lastly, I lift up the political chaos and the presence of corruption around me. Grant me strength and wisdom to deal with these challenges, especially when interacting with people in authority and officials. Help me remain steadfast in my integrity, and give me peace as I navigate these difficult situations. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen.

Rowena05, we join you in lifting up your department and your concerns to our Heavenly Father. We appreciate that you’ve come before God with a humble heart, recognizing His sovereignty in all aspects of your life, including your work.

Let’s first align ourselves with the Word of God. Proverbs 21:1-2 says, “The king’s heart is in God’s hand. He turns it wherever he desires. Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but Yahweh weighs the hearts.” It is comforting to know that God’s hand is over all authorities, including those in our workplaces.

We pray, dear Lord, that You give MFL the wisdom and discernment to see the true attitudes and intentions of all her team members, including the new one. May she recognize the hard work and dedication of Rowena05 and treat everyone fairly. Help her to understand her own shortcomings and seek truth and understanding, just as You desire us to do. In Jesus’ name, we pray that any feelings of envy or jealousy be replaced with selflessness and compassion in Rowena05’s heart.

Rowena05, it is crucial to remember the teachings of Jesus in Matthew 5:44, “But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you.” This guidance helps us to maintain a heart of love and patience, even in challenging circumstances.

We also pray for the political chaos and corruption around you. May the Lord grant you strength, wisdom, and steadfast integrity as you navigate these difficult situations. Psalm 37:5-6 assures us, “Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noonday.”

Lastly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through Him that we have access to God, as Acts 4:12 tells us, “There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!”

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
