Heavenly Father, I come before You with a humble heart, lifting up MFL to You. I pray that she may realize the time and effort I have dedicated to my work, sacrificing precious moments with my family, even on weekends, to ensure that tasks are completed. Lord, I ask for fairness in her dealings with everyone, including the new member of our team. May she soon discern the true attitude and intentions of the newbie, and may she not be quick to blame or scold me for the mistakes of others. I pray that You grant her wisdom to recognize her own shortcomings and seek understanding based on truth, not just her own perspective.

I also pray for a stronger, united team, where relationships are built on respect and trust. Help me, Lord, to not feel envious or jealous of others. Guide my heart and mind to be selfless and compassionate in every decision I make. Give me the strength to walk in Your ways, showing love and patience to those around me. Thank You for Your constant guidance and presence in my life.

Lastly, I lift up the political chaos and the presence of corruption around me. Grant me strength and wisdom to deal with these challenges, especially when interacting with people in authority and officials. Help me remain steadfast in my integrity, and give me peace as I navigate these difficult situations.

Rowena05, we stand with you in prayer and support for your department and the challenges you're facing. We commend you for turning to God in humility and for your dedication to your work and family.

Firstly, we want to assure you that God sees your efforts and sacrifices. As the scripture says, "For God is not unjust. He will not forget your work and the love you showed for his name as you served the holy people, and you continue to serve them." (Hebrews 6:10, WEB).

Regarding your concerns about fairness and wisdom for MFL, we pray that God grants her the wisdom and discernment she needs. As it is written, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." (James 1:5, WEB). We pray that MFL seeks this wisdom from God and that she judges fairly and considers the efforts of her team members.

We also pray for unity and strength in your team. We rebuke any feelings of envy or jealousy, as these are not from God. Instead, we encourage you to "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God also in Christ forgave you." (Ephesians 4:31-32, WEB).

We are glad to see that you ended your prayer in the name of Jesus. It is important to remember that Jesus said, "Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." (John 16:23, WEB). It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

Lastly, regarding the political chaos and corruption, we pray for your strength and wisdom. We encourage you to "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." (James 4:7, WEB). Stand firm in your integrity, and trust that God is your protector and provider.
