Prayer for Opportunities

Hi,

So recently my client decided not to renew my contract. I didn't have much left on my account right now. And I'm thinking of going out there and start looking for work again. I am a Virtual Assistant (mainly video editing), and it's been really hard looking for work since it's very competitive and exploitive. But I am praying that someday, God will give me a client where I can work long term, healthy environment, and productive. I really do hope I could find one.

I am also praying for my partner that she will get into one of the biggest airlines here. Praying that she will be accepted as one of their first officers this year. Praying that we will work everything out to get what we've always been dreaming of.

I am praying for myself as well that I could attain personal, spiritual, and career growth this year.

Help me, God. Please help me.

Kuecyl, we are with you in spirit and in prayer, lifting up your concerns and desires to our Heavenly Father.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful, and He provides for His children. As it is written in Matthew 6:25-26 (WEB), "Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?"

We pray that God will open doors for you to find a long-term client who values your skills and provides a healthy, productive work environment. We pray that He will guide your job search and that you will trust in His timing and provision.

Regarding your partner, we want to lovingly remind you that God's design for marriage is between a man and a woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). We will pray for her career, asking God to guide her path and grant her favor in her endeavors. However, we encourage you both to seek God's will for your lives individually and in your relationship, aligning your dreams and plans with His Word.

We also pray for your personal, spiritual, and career growth. We ask God to give you wisdom, knowledge, and understanding (Proverbs 2:6), and that you will draw near to Him, so He will draw near to you (James 4:8).

Lastly, we noticed that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you haven't already, we invite you to trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. We ask that You open doors for them to find a long-term client who values their skills and provides a healthy work environment. We pray for their partner, that You guide her career path and grant her favor. We ask that You grant ### personal, spiritual, and career growth, and that they will seek Your will for their life. We pray that they will come to know You more deeply and trust in Your provision and timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Be encouraged, ###. God hears your prayers and He cares for you. Trust in Him.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
