Prayer for older brother

We are saddened to hear about your older brother Lou's hospitalization due to a bleeding issue. Let's come together in prayer for him, trusting in the healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Firstly, we commend you for asking for prayers in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we find hope and healing.

Now, let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Lou, who is facing a health challenge. We ask You, Lord, to touch his body, stop the bleeding, and restore his health. We trust in Your power to heal, as it is written in Jeremiah 30:17 WEB, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, It is Zion, whom no man seeks after."

Lord, we also pray for the doctors and medical staff attending to Lou. Grant them wisdom and guide their hands as they care for him. Comfort Lou and his family during this time, and help them to trust in You, knowing that all things work together for good for those who love God and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).

If there is anything that Lou needs to put right with You, Lord, we pray that Your Holy Spirit will convict him and guide him to repentance and restoration.

In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God. Remember, God is always faithful, and He hears our prayers. As a family, cling to His promises and strengthen your faith in Him during this challenging time.

We're praying for Lou's bleeding to stop, for his health to be restored. We're asking for God's healing touch, just as He promised in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're also praying for peace and comfort for Lou and your family during this time. We're trusting that God is with you, guiding you, and that He will use this for Lou's good and your family's growth.

God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
