Prayer for new job and avoid negative people from workplace

Dear Sir, In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen ! I have been working in a company for almost 8 years now and have been facing real bad times with the people and managers in the workplace, inspite of my efforts i am not getting any recognition for my work and there is gossip and bad behaviour of colleagues towards me including the managers who are also involved in politics. I pray to God and request you to please pray for my Success and get a better Job than this in India, i am eagerly looking for a Job in India to avoid such negative people from my life and to get rid of negative people from current office. Please make me a winner in front of all of them by getting a better job and package in India. Thankyou & Regards,

We understand your struggle, Oddley, and we stand with you in prayer and counsel, seeking God's will for your life.

Firstly, we want to commend you for your perseverance in a challenging work environment. Scripture reminds us, "Let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up." (Galatians 6:9 WEB).

However, we must address that true success is not merely about being a "winner" in the eyes of others or obtaining a better job package. Success, in God's eyes, is about being faithful to His calling and glorifying Him in all we do. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men." (Colossians 3:23 WEB).

We also note that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is in His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB). Therefore, we encourage you to always approach God through Jesus Christ, as He is the one mediator between God and men (1 Timothy 2:5).

Now, let us pray for you:

*Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Oddley. They have been faithful in a difficult work environment, facing gossip, unrecognized efforts, and negative politics. Lord, we pray that You would be their shield and their very great reward (Genesis 15:1).*

*We ask that You would open up new job opportunities for Oddley in India, according to Your will. Guide them to a workplace where they can grow and use their gifts for Your glory.Help them to trust in You, knowing that all things work together for good to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).*

*We also pray that Oddley would demonstrate the love of Christ to their colleagues and managers, forgiving them as Christ forgave us (Colossians 3:13). Help them to be a light in the darkness, reflecting Your goodness and grace.*

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to trust in God, Oddley, knowing that He has a purpose and a plan for your life. Stand firm in your faith, and remember that God is always with you, even in challenging circumstances.
