Prayer for New Home Urgently

I am praying for the Lord's grace, blessings, and mercy for me, my daughter, and her children. We are in urgent need of a new house. We were told by our landlord a couple of weeks ago in June that he had sold the house. This caught us completely off guard as we had no idea that he was considering selling the home. We understand that he is elderly and the upkeeping this rental property is a challenge for him, the new owners of our rental home live directly across the street. They are set to close on the home on August 5, 2024, we asked the new owner would he consider renting to us (our lease did unfortunately expire at the end of June, which I believe both ourselves and the landlord had completely ignored). He told us that he would not be renting our current home as he intends to move his daughter into this house. Both my daughter and myself have evictions from prior landlords and our credit is not so great, however, hers is better than mine. She has qualified for a home and is currently awaiting preapproval, but even if approved, would be a low amount for the city we live in and the buying choices would be close to nothing. We were blessed with this home that is affordable, our incomes have significantly improved, and it's right next to the church we attend, and the children's school. We feel like everything has been ripped away from us. We pray for God's protection and blessing of a new home quickly. We have some rental properties that we are interested in, but with our prior rental history records, those blemishes may affect us being approved, we pray that none of those blemishes affect us as we go to showings of these properties that are in safe, decent neighborhoods. We also pray that if her home loan is approved, that it is enough for her to buy the kind of home that is proper to raise children in. We need help, I ask that all the prayer warriors join me in my petition to the Lord because we need him and know that he alone can bring us miracles. In Jesus' name, I pray for us to be approved for one of the homes we are seeking. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up ###, the daughter, and the grandchildren in prayer. Lord, You know the urgency and the need for a new home. We trust in Your promise that You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask for Your grace, blessings, and mercy to be upon this family as they navigate through this challenging time.

Father, we know that You are the provider of all our needs. Your Word says, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). We pray that You will open doors for a new home that is safe, affordable, and in a good neighborhood. Lord, we ask that any blemishes on their rental history do not hinder their approval for these homes.

We also lift up the daughter's home loan application to You, Lord. We pray that if it is Your will, the loan will be approved and sufficient to buy a home that is proper to raise the children in. We know that with You, all things are possible (Mark 10:27).

Father, we ask for Your protection and guidance for this family. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We pray that they feel Your presence and know that You are with them every step of the way.

We thank You in advance for the miracles You are going to perform in their lives. We trust in Your timing and Your plan, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28).

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
