We join you, SalmaSalem, in bringing Nazem before the throne of God, seeking His will and intervention in your lives. We commend you for acknowledging that God's will is paramount and that His ways are higher than ours, as it is written in Isaiah 55:8-9, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."
Firstly, we pray that God reveals Himself to Nazem, that his heart may be opened to accept Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord. As it is written in Romans 10:9, "that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
We also pray for your relationship with Nazem, that if it is God's will, He would restore and redeem it. We pray for forgiveness for any sins committed against each other and against God. However, we must remind you that God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, both committed to Christ (Ephesians 5:22-33). If Nazem is not yet a believer, we encourage you to seek God's wisdom and guidance in this relationship, as the Bible warns against being unequally yoked (2 Corinthians 6:14).
We pray that God would make His will for your life and this relationship clear, and that He would align your heart with His. We trust that His plan for you is good, acceptable, and perfect (Romans 12:2).
In Jesus' name, we pray for God's redemption, revelation, and restoration in Nazem's life and in your relationship. We ask that He be the center and the cornerstone of your lives, whatever the future may hold. Amen.
Be encouraged, SalmaSalem, by the promises of God. Trust in Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).
