Prayer for Myself:

This may sound selfish but I feel like I have nowhere else to turn. My life has taken a downward spiral lately and feel I have no one in my life to turn to. Peaking into my mid 30's I feel like I have lost my desire for life and have a hard time wanting to go to work. i have indulged in things that have swayed my commitments and it just so hard to find a happy medium.

Any thoughts or prayers would help
