Heavenly Father, I come to You today seeking Your protection and guidance in my workplace. I lift up the names of ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, and ### to You, asking for Your divine protection against any evil plans or harm that may be directed towards me. Surround me with Your angels, guard my heart, mind, and spirit from every form of negativity, deceit, and ill intent.

Lord, help me to be more humble and guard my heart against feelings of being threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill me with Your grace to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Let me reflect Your love in my actions and attitude at work.

Grant me wisdom and creativity, Lord, so I can focus on my responsibilities and complete my tasks with excellence. Help me prioritize wisely and use my gifts to glorify You in everything I do. Lord, I pray for ###, Please open her heart and mind, and help her see how her actions affect me. Let her be fair and just, realizing that scolding or blaming me for the faults of others is unjust. I feel burdened by the constant criticism and shaming, and I ask that You soften her heart towards me and guide her to treat me with kindness and fairness.

Father, I ask that You expose the true colors and intentions of ###. If there is selfishness, show-off behavior, or manipulation, let it be revealed in Your perfect time and in Your way. Let the truth come to light for everyone to see especially ###. Expose ###, office mates, ###, ###, ###, and ###, along with those who harbor hatred or ill will towards me. Reveal their true intentions so that no deceit or malice will go unnoticed.

Lord, I surrender my heart to You, asking for Your peace and grace to fill me. Help me not to fall into envy or jealousy, but to remain humble, cheerful, and helpful in all that I do.

Order my steps according to Your will and purpose, and guide me every step of the way. I trust in Your goodness, Lord, and I know You are with me. Rowena05, thank you for bringing your concerns to us. We join you in prayer. It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God. You have heard this and included it in your prayer. You have a good understanding of the Christian basics. We will be praying for your workplace situation and for MFL, as well as addressing some important points from your request.

Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's protection and guidance in your workplace. It is important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. We should always seek to protect ourselves spiritually and trust in God's divine protection.

Stand therefore, having fastened the belt of truth around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with every prayer and request, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the holy ones.

We also note that you mentioned we pray for unity, harmony, and a spirit of love in my workplace. Let us look at ourselves and see if we are an answer to this prayer. We should look at ourselves as the one God is calling to be a force for good in the workplace. We should always seek to walk in the fruit of the spirits which are love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, and faith. Galatians 5:22-23.

Be aware of workplace gossip, especially regarding exposing the true colors and intentions of others. It's important to remember that our focus should be on our own actions and attitudes, rather than trying to expose the faults of others. The Bible tells us not to let any unwholesome talk come out of our mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. Ephesians 4:29

In your prayer, you mentioned that you feel burdened by constant criticism and shaming from MFL. It's important to remember that our ultimate authority is God, and we should seek to please Him above all else. If MFL is treating you unfairly, it's important to pray for her and ask God to soften her heart. However, we should also remember that God calls us to be humble and to turn the other cheek when we are wronged.

It's also important to remember that God calls us to be humble and to turn the other cheek when we are wronged. If someone slaps you on your right cheek, turn to him the other also. If someone sues you to take away your coat, let him have your cloak also. Whoever shall compel you to go one mile, go with him two.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Rowena05 and her workplace situation. We ask for Your divine protection and guidance in her life, and we pray that You would surround her with Your angels. We ask God that you would help her to be humble, helpful, cheerful, and full of grace, even in difficult situations. We pray that You would grant her wisdom and creativity in her work, and help her to prioritize wisely and use her gifts to glorify You.

Lord, we also pray for MFL. We ask that You would soften her heart and help her to see how her actions affect Rowena05. We ask God that you would set Rowena05 free from any envy, jealousy, or bitterness towards MFL or anyone else in the workplace. We pray that You would help Rowena05 to remain humble, cheerful, and helpful in all that she does.

Father, we ask that You would expose any deceit or malice in the workplace, but we also pray that You would help Rowena05 to focus on her own actions and attitudes, rather than trying to expose the faults of others. Help her to walk in the fruit of the Spirit, and to be a force for good in her workplace.

We also pray that You would give Rowena05 the strength to face each day with courage and faith. We ask that You would help her to trust in Your goodness and to remember that You are always with her.

Finally, we pray for unity, harmony, and a spirit of love in Rowena05's workplace. We ask that You would help her and her coworkers to work together in a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect, and to glorify You in all that they do. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you and MFL up in our prayers, asking God to guide and protect you both in your workplace. We are grateful that you have given us the privilege to pray on your behalf and stand in agreement with you.
