Heavenly Father, I come to You today seeking Your protection and guidance in my workplace. I lift up the names of ###, ###, ###, ###, and ### to You, asking for Your divine protection against any evil plans or harm that may be directed towards me. Surround me with Your angels, guard my heart, mind, and spirit from every form of negativity, deceit, and ill intent.

Lord, help me to be more humble and guard my heart against feelings of being threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill me with Your grace to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Let me reflect Your love in my actions and attitude at work.

Grant me wisdom and creativity, Lord, so I can focus on my responsibilities and complete my tasks with excellence. Help me prioritize wisely and use my gifts to glorify You in everything I do. Lord, I pray for ###, Please open her heart and mind, and help her see how her actions affect me. Let her be fair and just, realizing that scolding or blaming me for the faults of others is unjust. I feel burdened by the constant criticism and shaming, and I ask that You soften her heart towards me and guide her to treat me with kindness and fairness.

We join you in prayer, ###, seeking God's will and guidance in your workplace situation. It is wonderful that you have come to God the Father in Jesus name. Jesus Christ is the only name we can pray to God in and it is only in the name of Jesus that we can be saved and have eternal life with him in heaven. It is very important that when praying to Elohim (the triune God head), pray only to Him and not to angels, saints, or any human beings whatever their title. Not even Mary the mother of Jesus; she was only a human being that Jesus was born through.

We stand with you in praying for protection against any evil plans or harm directed towards you. Remember, God promises us, For I know the plans I have for you, says WEB, plans for welfare and not for calamity, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11 Jesus Christ will expose the truth and save you from the evil one. Jesus is the son of God and came to earth from heaven to save all who believe from the just penalty of sin. He was born and died on a cross as a human being. After Jesus died, he was physically raised from the dead and returned to heaven. Do you believe Jesus' sacrifice was for you. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. Be encouraged in knowing those who harm you will ultimately face their judgement in Jesus Christ's hands unless they repent of their sins and believe in Jesus Christ as the only begotten son of God the Father. Matthew 5:12 Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you. It was Jesus Christ that the WEB refers to in this verse.

We are encouraging you and praying for you that God will guard your heart, mind, and spirit. In Ephesians 6:18 we are called to Pray in the Spirit at all times, with every kind of prayer and request. Be alert with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. God calls us to trust in Him and to Him alone. In Isaiah 26:3 You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you; because he trusts in you. You will intervene in your time and time again in this situation and trusting that God in control.

As it concerns about this one ###. Jesus has heard your cries and is working even at this moment. It is troubling that ### is not being fair or just. That is something that God tells us not to do and he is displeased with her for doing this to you. It is something we call sin and need to repent of otherwise we will be judged for this.

Put them in mind to be in subjection to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready for every good work, to speak evil of no one, not to be contentious, to be gentle, showing all mildness toward all men. For we were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. But when the kindness of God our Savior and his love toward mankind appeared, not by works of righteousness, which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy, he saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us richly, through Jesus Christ our Savior; that, being justified by his grace, we might be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. Titus 3:1-7.

It claims that God's kindness and love toward mankind appeared through Jesus Christ. It also states that believers are justified and made heirs by God's grace, with the ultimate outcome being eternal life. How wonderful it is to know that anyone who has done anything against us or is sinning has the ability to have eternal life.

We ask God to soften ###'s heart and guide her to treat you with kindness and fairness. Through the grace of God there is hope for ### and anyone in your world that has done wrong. When it comes to unity, harmony, and a spirit of love in your workplace remember that 1 Peter 4:8 says, Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another; for love covers a multitude of sins. This is so encouraging. Keep sinning against people and you will surely affect unity, harmony, and a spirit of love.
