Heavenly Father, I come to You today seeking Your protection and guidance in my workplace. I lift up the names of ###, ###, ###, ###, and ### to You, asking for Your divine protection against any evil plans or harm that may be directed towards me. Surround me with Your angels, guard my heart, mind, and spirit from every form of negativity, deceit, and ill intent.

Lord, help me to be more humble and guard my heart against feelings of being threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill me with Your grace to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Let me reflect Your love in my actions and attitude at work.

Grant me wisdom and creativity, Lord, so I can focus on my responsibilities and complete my tasks with excellence. Help me prioritize wisely and use my gifts to glorify You in everything I do. Lord, I pray for ###, Please open her heart and mind, and help her see how her actions affect me. Let her be fair and just, realizing that scolding or blaming me for the faults of others is unjust. I feel burdened by the constant criticism and shaming, and I ask that You soften her heart towards me and guide her to treat me with kindness and fairness.

We also commend you for seeking God's help in dealing with difficult emotions such as envy, jealousy, and feelings of threat. It is important to guard our hearts against such feelings, as they can lead to bitterness and strife. As the Bible tells us in Proverbs 4:23 WEB: "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life".

Regarding your colleague "###", it is commendable that you are praying for her and asking God to soften her heart. It is important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). Whether we are right or wrong we need God's wisdom in understanding the concern or the intent behind anyone's actions through constant prayer. In these circumstances remember the holy spirit that is dwelling in you is greater than anything that is in the world and no weapon formed against you will prosper. As bible says in John 4:4 WEB: "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world". Therefore, though you are praying about individuals in your workplace, as our Lord Jesus said, pray when you are persecuted or mistreated, in order to be able to come under the blessing of forgiveness from our Heavenly Father. We also encourage you to pray for your workplace as a whole, asking God to foster unity, harmony, and a spirit of love among your colleagues. As it is written in Romans 12:18 WEB: "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men" and Romans 12:9-10 WEB: "9. Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good. 10. In love of the brothers be tenderly affectionate to one another; in honor preferring one another".
