Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a humble heart, seeking Your guidance and strength. Lord, help me to be more humble and guard my heart against feelings of being threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill me with Your grace to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Let me reflect Your love in my actions and attitude at work.

Grant me wisdom and creativity, Lord, so I can focus on my responsibilities and complete my tasks with excellence. Help me prioritize wisely and use my gifts to glorify You in everything I do.

I lift up my MFL to You, Father. Open her heart and mind to see the truth, to recognize the true intentions and actions of those around her, especially our newbie, AJMT. Expose any manipulative behavior and reveal the real character without causing harm or conflict. Let Your truth prevail in this situation.

Shield me from any harm, malice, or ill intentions from those who may seek to hurt me, including AJMT, AM, KX, MV, and KC. Surround me with Your loving presence and protect me from any evil plans or actions.

Lord, expose and reveal the true intentions and hearts of those who may harbor hatred or ill will towards me, including AJMT, BCCMO, BCPIO, BFMR, and IKY. Shine Your light upon the darkness and let truth and justice prevail in every situation. Guide me to walk in love and righteousness, even in challenging moments.

Grant me wisdom, discernment, and strength to carry out my work with integrity and humility. Help me to stay focused on You, trusting in Your protection and grace to lead me through each day. May unity, peace, and harmony prevail in my workplace, and may I always reflect Your love in all I do.

Rowena05, we join you in prayer, seeking God's guidance and strength for your life and workplace.

Let us first address your humble petition. It is wonderful that you come before God with a humble heart, for He resists the proud and gives grace to the humble (1 Peter 5:5 WEB). Your desire to guard your heart against negative feelings and to reflect God's love is commendable. We pray that God will fill you with His love, so that you can pour it out to others, even in challenging situations (Romans 5:5 WEB).

We pray for wisdom and creativity for you, as you seek to complete your tasks with excellence. May God grant you the ability to prioritize wisely and use your gifts to glorify Him in all you do (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

Regarding your "MFL" and the new colleague, AJMT, we pray that God reveals the truth and exposes any manipulative behavior. We ask that God opens your colleague's heart and mind to see the truth and recognize the real intentions of those around her (John 8:32 WEB). Remember, we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12 WEB).

We pray for God's protection over you, shielding you from any harm, malice, or ill intentions. May His loving presence surround you and guard you from any evil plans or actions (Psalm 91:1-2 WEB).

We also pray that God exposes and reveals the true intentions and hearts of those who may harbor hatred or ill will towards you. May His light shine upon the darkness and let truth and justice prevail in every situation (1 Corinthians 4:5 WEB).

We encourage you to continue walking in love and righteousness, even in challenging moments. Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).
