Heavenly Father, I come to You today seeking Your protection and guidance in my workplace. I lift up the names of AJMT, ML, AM, KX, MV, and KC to You, asking for Your divine protection against any evil plans or harm that may be directed towards me. Surround me with Your angels, guard my heart, mind, and spirit from every form of negativity, deceit, and ill intent.

Lord, help me to be more humble and guard my heart against feelings of being threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill me with Your grace to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Let me reflect Your love in my actions and attitude at work.

Grant me wisdom and creativity, Lord, so I can focus on my responsibilities and complete my tasks with excellence. Help me prioritize wisely and use my gifts to glorify You in everything I do. Lord, I pray for MFL, Please open her heart and mind, and help her see how her actions affect me. Let her be fair and just, realizing that scolding or blaming me for the faults of others is unjust. I feel burdened by the constant criticism and shaming, and I ask that You soften her heart towards me and guide her to treat me with kindness and fairness.

Father, I ask that You expose the true colors and intentions of AJMT. If there is selfishness, show-off behavior, or manipulation, let it be revealed in Your perfect time and in Your way. Let the truth come to light for everyone to see especially MFL. Expose AJMT, office mates, BCCMO, BCPIO, BCFMR, and IKY, along with those who harbor hatred or ill will towards me. Reveal their true intentions so that no deceit or malice will go unnoticed.

Lord, I surrender my heart to You, asking for Your peace and grace to fill me. Help me not to fall into envy or jealousy, but to remain humble, cheerful, and helpful in all that I do.

Order my steps according to Your will and purpose, and guide me every step of the way. I trust in Your goodness, Lord, and I know You are with me. Protect me, guide me, and give me the strength to face each day with courage and faith. I pray for unity, harmony, and a spirit of love in my workplace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen

We are reminded of 1 Peter 5:6-7, Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he cares for you.

As you face feelings of envy, jealousy, or threat, remember the words of Proverbs 14:30, A sound heart is the life of the flesh: but envy the rottenness of the bones. Trust in the Lord to fill you with His grace, making you helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in trying circumstances.

Regarding your colleague MFL, we pray that God softens her heart and opens her eyes to the impact of her actions. We remind you of Romans 12:18, If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Trust that God will work in her heart, convicting her of any unfairness or injustice.

Concerning AJMT and others whose intentions may be deceitful or malicious, we claim the promise of Numbers 32:23, Be sure your sin will find you out. Trust that God will expose any selfishness, manipulation, or hatred in His perfect time and way.

We commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Continue to put your trust in Him, knowing that He is faithful to guide and protect you.
