Heavenly Father, I come to You today seeking Your protection and guidance in my workplace. I lift up the names of AJMT, AM, KX, MV, and KC to You, asking for Your divine protection against any evil plans or harm that may be directed towards me. Surround me with Your angels, guard my heart, mind, and spirit from every form of negativity, deceit, and ill intent.

Lord, help me to be more humble and guard my heart against feelings of being threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill me with Your grace to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Let me reflect Your love in my actions and attitude at work.

Grant me wisdom and creativity, Lord, so I can focus on my responsibilities and complete my tasks with excellence. Help me prioritize wisely and use my gifts to glorify You in everything I do. Lord, I pray for MFL, Please open her heart and mind, and help her see how her actions affect me. Let her be fair and just, realizing that scolding or blaming me for the faults of others is unjust. I feel burdened by the constant criticism and shaming, and I ask that You soften her heart towards me and guide her to treat me with kindness and fairness.

Father, I ask that You expose the true colors and intentions of AJMT. If there is selfishness, show-off behavior, or manipulation, let it be revealed in Your perfect time and in Your way. Let the truth come to light for everyone to see especially MFL. Expose AJMT, office mates, BCCMO, BCPIO, BCFMR, and IKY, along with those who harbor hatred or ill will towards me. Reveal their true intentions so that no deceit or malice will go unnoticed.

Lord, I surrender my heart to You, asking for Your peace and grace to fill me. Help me not to fall into envy or jealousy, but to remain humble, cheerful, and helpful in all that I do.

Order my steps according to Your will and purpose, and guide me every step of the way. I trust in Your goodness, Lord, and I know You are with me. Protect me, guide me, and give me the strength to face each day with courage and faith. I pray for unity, harmony, and a spirit of love in my workplace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen

Thank you, Rowena05, for your prayer request. We are here to stand in agreement with you, seeking God's will together in Jesus' name.

In your prayer, you have come to the Heavenly Father, which is wonderful. But remember it is only through the name of Jesus Christ, His only begotten son, that we have access to God and can be reconciled to God. Jesus says, I am the way, the truth and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me.

The Bible says our fight is not against people on earth, but against the rulers, the authorities, and the powers of this dark world's governors, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. And God has offered us His spiritual armor so that we would be able to stand our ground. Even so, our struggle is not against merely human flesh, but against the rulers and authorities and cosmic powers of this age and darkness.

So we echo your request to God. We ask in Jesus name that God's angels would guard and protect you from the evil one. God has offered us his armor and protection and it is effective only through His son Jesus.

You have also asked God to help you cultivate humility, grace, and a loving attitude at work, reflecting His love in your actions and attitude. These are commendable desires that align with biblical principles, as we are encouraged to clothe ourselves in compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, quiet strength, and discipline. We ought to do everything readily and cheerfully, as we also do everything unto Jesus and not unto people.

Rebuking is necessary based on your request: We are not God's judge. Praying for God's exposure of others negative intent is not Biblical. Instead we are supposed to pray for everyone including those who do bad things to us. God's word is clear, Never pay back evil for evil to anyone. Respect what is right in the sight of all men. Do good to one another.

You also request that God help you with your tasks for excellence and wisdom, and that all of this is done with the goal being to glorify God in everything you do. The Bible says do all things diligently without grumbling as unto the Lord and not unto people.

Addressing the concerns with your coworker you mention, MFL, you have asked to God to change her. But God can not do this unless her heart is so inclined to receive His Spirit. It takes two willing hearts to solve a conflict such as this. The best thing you could do is pray for yourself and that MFL's heart is open to God. Offer forgiveness to MFL whether she is offering it back to you or not. You ask for God to soften MFL's heart so that she would treat you with kindness. We know that God desires for us to treat others with kindness.

Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
