Heavenly Father, I come to You today seeking Your protection and guidance in my workplace. I lift up the names of AJMT, AM, KX, MV, and KC to You, asking for Your divine protection against any evil plans or harm that may be directed towards me. Surround me with Your angels, guard my heart, mind, and spirit from every form of negativity, deceit, and ill intent.

Lord, help me to be more humble and guard my heart against feelings of being threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill me with Your grace to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Let me reflect Your love in my actions and attitude at work.

Grant me wisdom and creativity, Lord, so I can focus on my responsibilities and complete my tasks with excellence. Help me prioritize wisely and use my gifts to glorify You in everything I do. Lord, I pray for MFL, Please open her heart and mind, and help her see how her actions affect me. Let her be fair and just, realizing that scolding or blaming me for the faults of others is unjust. I feel burdened by the constant criticism and shaming, and I ask that You soften her heart towards me and guide her to treat me with kindness and fairness.

Father, I ask that You expose the true colors and intentions of AJMT. If there is selfishness, show-off behavior, or manipulation, let it be revealed in Your perfect time and in Your way. Let the truth come to light for everyone to see especially MFL. Expose AJMT, office mates, BCCMO, BCPIO, BCFMR, and IKY, along with those who harbor hatred or ill will towards me. Reveal their true intentions so that no deceit or malice will go unnoticed.

Lord, I surrender my heart to You, asking for Your peace and grace to fill me. Help me not to fall into envy or jealousy, but to remain humble, cheerful, and helpful in all that I do.

Order my steps according to Your will and purpose, and guide me every step of the way. I trust in Your goodness, Lord, and I know You are with me. Protect me, guide me, and give me the strength to face each day with courage and faith. I pray for unity, harmony, and a spirit of love in my workplace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen

Rowena05, we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's protection, guidance, and intervention in your workplace. We appreciate that you have indicated this prayer is in Jesus name, as this is the only way we can approach God.

Firstly, let's address the concerns you raised about your colleagues. The Bible tells us, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. We pray that you will continue to trust God, acknowledging Him in all your ways, and He will direct your paths and actions. The workplace can be challenging, but remember you are there for work and for the glory of God.

We commend you for seeking humility and grace. It's essential to cultivate these virtues, as God gives grace to the humble, but resists the proud, 1 Peter 5:5 WEB. Pray that God fills you with His grace and helps you remain humble, even when faced with difficult colleagues. Be confident in your faith and trusting in the character and promises of God even in difficult times.

Regarding your colleague MFL, Jesus tells us, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, Matthew 5:44 WEB. It's crucial to pray for her and bless her, even if she treats you unfairly. God sees your heart and will honor your obedience to His Word. Be mindful of rebuke to her with love, and do not neglect this important step. As this is an opportunity for her to align her walk with God.

We pray that God reveals the truth about AJMT and others who may have ill intentions towards you. God promises, For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open, Luke 8:17 WEB. Trust that God will expose any deceit or malice in His perfect time. Don't be itching your ears to hear the bad about others. Rebuke would be in order if this was the case.

Remember, the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control, Galatians 5:22-23 WEB. We pray grounded and that you exhibit these qualities at work, even in challenging situations, for it is putting off the old man and putting on the new man. Jesus Christ, and Him crucified is the only way for this change. For we have a circumcision made without hands, in the putting off of the body of the sins of the flesh, in the circumcision of Christ, having been buried with him in baptism, wherein you were also raised with him through faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead, Colossians 2:11-12 (WEB).

Finally, we pray for unity, harmony, and love in your workplace. As the Bible says, Finally, brothers, rejoice. Be perfected, be comforted, be of the same mind, live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you, 2 Corinthians 13:11 WEB.

Heavenly Father, we lift Rowena05 to You, asking for Your protection, guidance, and wisdom in her workplace. Surround her with Your angels and fill her with Your grace, humility, and love.
