Heavenly Father, I come to You today seeking Your protection and guidance in my workplace. I lift up the names of AJMT, AM, KX, MV, and KC to You, asking for Your divine protection against any evil plans or harm that may be directed towards me. Surround me with Your angels, guard my heart, mind, and spirit from every form of negativity, deceit, and ill intent.

Lord, help me to be more humble and guard my heart against feelings of being threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill me with Your grace to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Let me reflect Your love in my actions and attitude at work.

Grant me wisdom and creativity, Lord, so I can focus on my responsibilities and complete my tasks with excellence. Help me prioritize wisely and use my gifts to glorify You in everything I do. Lord, I pray for MFL, Please open her heart and mind, and help her see how her actions affect me. Let her be fair and just, realizing that scolding or blaming me for the faults of others is unjust. I feel burdened by the constant criticism and shaming, and I ask that You soften her heart towards me and guide her to treat me with kindness and fairness.

Father, I ask that You expose the true colors and intentions of AJMT. If there is selfishness, show-off behavior, or manipulation, let it be revealed in Your perfect time and in Your way. Let the truth come to light for everyone to see especially MFL. Expose AJMT, office mates, BCCMO, BCPIO, BCFMR, and IKY, along with those who harbor hatred or ill will towards me. Reveal their true intentions so that no deceit or malice will go unnoticed.

Lord, I surrender my heart to You, asking for Your peace and grace to fill me. Help me not to fall into envy or jealousy, but to remain humble, cheerful, and helpful in all that I do.

Order my steps according to Your will and purpose, and guide me every step of the way. I trust in Your goodness, Lord, and I know You are with me. Protect me, guide me, and give me the strength to face each day with courage and faith. I pray for unity, harmony, and a spirit of love in my workplace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen

Thank you, Rowena05, for your heartfelt prayer request. We join you in lifting up your concerns to our Heavenly Father, seeking His guidance, protection, and intervention in your workplace. As believers and followers of Jesus Christ, we are called to place our faith in Jesus, and any prayer without the name of Jesus cannot be accepted by God as outlined in
Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name (Jesus) under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!".

In addressing your concerns, let's turn to the Word of God.

Firstly, it is commendable that you seek God's protection and guidance in your workplace. Remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1.

In dealing with feelings of envy, jealousy, or being threatened, take heart from
Proverbs 14:30WEB: "A calm and undisturbed mind and heart are the life of the body, But envy rots the bones." Additionally,
Romans 12:18WEB reminds us, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."

When faced with constant criticism and shaming, consider
1 Peter 2:23WEB: "...who, when he was cursed, didn't curse back. When he suffered, didn't threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously".

Concerns for God to expose the true colors and intentions of others is implied by
Luke 8:17WEB, which states, " For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open."Also, remember
Proverbs 16:7WEEB: "When a man's ways please Yahweh, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him."

Rowena, you are right in wanting to have a gracious attitude.
Colossians 3:23WEB says: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." Part of doing what is right and pleasing to God includes honoring Him in everything we do.

Rebuking: Do take caution Rowena! It would not be a godly attitude by wanting God to "shame", "scold", or "cause trouble for MFL just because they are not behaving in line with what you want and expect. Instead, consider
1 Peter 3:9WEB: "not rendering evil for evil, or reviling for reviling. Instead, bless others, knowing that you are called to this: that you should inherit a blessing.". Same attitude is stated in
Romans 12:14WEB: "Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don't curse", and
Matthew 5:44WEB: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,".

In the same context of rebuke, it would questionable for a Christian to use scriptures to expose or cause harm to another person.

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up Rowena05 and her workplace. Surround her with Your angels and guard her heart, mind, and spirit from all negativity, deceit, and ill intent. Fill her with Your grace, humility, and love, that she may reflect Your love in her actions and attitude at work.

Dear Rowena,

We're here with you, lifting your concerns to our Heavenly Father. We're praying for His guidance, protection, and intervention in your workplace. Here's what's on our hearts for you today:

Firstly, we're reminded of Psalm 91:1-2, "Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" Trust that He's with you, guiding your steps.

We're also thinking about Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Let's pray that you'll have the wisdom to trust Him even when things are uncertain or challenging.

Let's also remember Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We're praying for His peace to fill you, guarding your heart and mind from negativity, deceit, and ill intent.

We're here for you, Rowena. We're praying that you'll find strength, courage, and faith to face each day. And we're trusting that God will work everything out for your good, according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).
