Heavenly Father, I come to You today seeking Your protection and guidance in my workplace. I lift up the names of AJMT, AM, KX, MV, and KC to You, asking for Your divine protection against any evil plans or harm that may be directed towards me. Surround me with Your angels, guard my heart, mind, and spirit from every form of negativity, deceit, and ill intent.

Lord, help me to be more humble and guard my heart against feelings of being threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill me with Your grace to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Let me reflect Your love in my actions and attitude at work.

Grant me wisdom and creativity, Lord, so I can focus on my responsibilities and complete my tasks with excellence. Help me prioritize wisely and use my gifts to glorify You in everything I do. Lord, I pray for MFL, Please open her heart and mind, and help her see how her actions affect me. Let her be fair and just, realizing that scolding or blaming me for the faults of others is unjust. I feel burdened by the constant criticism and shaming, and I ask that You soften her heart towards me and guide her to treat me with kindness and fairness.

Father, I ask that You expose the true colors and intentions of AJMT. If there is selfishness, show-off behavior, or manipulation, let it be revealed in Your perfect time and in Your way. Let the truth come to light for everyone to see especially MFL. Expose AJMT, office mates, BCCMO, BCPIO, BCFMR, and IKY, along with those who harbor hatred or ill will towards me. Reveal their true intentions so that no deceit or malice will go unnoticed.

Lord, I surrender my heart to You, asking for Your peace and grace to fill me. Help me not to fall into envy or jealousy, but to remain humble, cheerful, and helpful in all that I do.

Order my steps according to Your will and purpose, and guide me every step of the way. I trust in Your goodness, Lord, and I know You are with me. Protect me, guide me, and give me the strength to face each day with courage and faith. I pray for unity, harmony, and a spirit of love in my workplace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Thank you, Rowena05, for your heartfelt prayer request. We join you in lifting up your workplace situation to our Heavenly Father, seeking His protection, guidance, and intervention.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. We also encourage you to look at the wonderful Romans road where we learn that acknowledgement is a first step in understanding our need for Jesus."

We pray that God will surround you with His angels and protect you from any harm or negativity at your workplace. Like it is written in Psalm 91:11-12 WEB: "For he will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won't dash your foot against a stone."

We pray that God will fill you with His grace, humility, and love, enabling you to reflect His goodness in your actions and attitude. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:5 WEB: "Likewise, you younger ones, be subject to the elder. Yes, all of you gird yourselves with humility, to subject yourselves to one another; for God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble."

We pray for wisdom and creativity for you, that you may complete your tasks with excellence and glorify God in all you do. Trust in the promise of James 1:5 NET: If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."

Regarding your colleague MFL, we pray that God will soften her heart and open her eyes to see the impact of her actions on you. We pray that she will treat you with kindness, fairness, and justice, as it is written in Micah 6:8 WEB: "He has shown you, O Man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?"

We also pray that God will expose any deceit, manipulation, or ill will in your workplace, bringing the truth to light. As it is written in Ephesians 5:11-13 WEB: "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that is revealed is light."

Finally, we encourage you to remain focused on God's will and purpose for your life, trusting in His goodness and faithfulness. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We pray for unity, harmony, and a spirit of love in your workplace, and we ask God to give you the strength to face each day with courage and faith. Stand on the promises of God as found in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 WEB: "Love is patient and is kind; love doesn't envy. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
