Heavenly Father, I come to You today seeking Your protection and guidance in my workplace. I lift up the names of AJMT, AM, KX, MV, and KC to You, asking for Your divine protection against any evil plans or harm that may be directed towards me. Surround me with Your angels, guard my heart, mind, and spirit from every form of negativity, deceit, and ill intent.

Lord, help me to be more humble and guard my heart against feelings of being threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill me with Your grace to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Let me reflect Your love in my actions and attitude at work.

Grant me wisdom and creativity, Lord, so I can focus on my responsibilities and complete my tasks with excellence. Help me prioritize wisely and use my gifts to glorify You in everything I do. Lord, I pray for MFL, Please open her heart and mind, and help her see how her actions affect me. Let her be fair and just, realizing that scolding or blaming me for the faults of others is unjust. I feel burdened by the constant criticism and shaming, and I ask that You soften her heart towards me and guide her to treat me with kindness and fairness.

Father, I ask that You expose the true colors and intentions of AJMT. If there is selfishness, show-off behavior, or manipulation, let it be revealed in Your perfect time and in Your way. Let the truth come to light for everyone to see especially MFL. Expose AJMT, office mates, BCCMO, BCPIO, BCFMR, and IKY, along with those who harbor hatred or ill will towards me. Reveal their true intentions so that no deceit or malice will go unnoticed.

Lord, I surrender my heart to You, asking for Your peace and grace to fill me. Help me not to fall into envy or jealousy, but to remain humble, cheerful, and helpful in all that I do.

Order my steps according to Your will and purpose, and guide me every step of the way. I trust in Your goodness, Lord, and I know You are with me. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me".
it is only through Jesus that our prayers are heard by God and we ask anything to God in Jesus name in one accord. We are glad to see that you concluded your prayer with this sole access to God the Father.
We also commend you for seeking God's help in dealing with difficult emotions such as envy, jealousy, and feelings of threat. It is important to guard our hearts against such feelings, as they can lead to bitterness and strife. As the Bible tells us in Proverbs 4:23 WEB: "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life".

Regarding your colleague "MFL", it is commendable that you are praying for her and asking God to soften her heart. It is important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12 WEB ). We draw your attention to the Exodus 23:1 WEB: "You shall not spread a false report. Don't join your hand with the wicked to be a malicious witness". It is commendable to ask God to reveal the truth, but we should also pray for grace to forgive and love our enemies, as Jesus commanded in Matthew 5:44 WEB: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you".

In the context of your prayer, you seem to have a concern about your place in the workplace as a Christian as well as for several others who might have intentions that are not pleasing to God. We are called to forgive as in Matthew 6:14 WEB:"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you". However, forgiving and forbearing does not mean we need to be silent on the situations and actions that are not pleasing in God's sight.
As Christians, we are blessed with His Righteousness to even discern, rebuke and correct thoughts and actions that are not pleasing to God. Whether we are right or wrong we need God's wisdom in understanding the concern or the intent behind anyone's actions through constant prayer. In these circumstances remember the holy spirit that is dwelling in you is greater than anything that is in the world and no weapon formed against you will prosper. As bible says in John 4:4 WEB: "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world". Therefore, though you are praying about individuals in your workplace, as our Lord Jesus said, pray when you are persecuted or mistreated, in order to be able to come under the blessing of forgiveness from our Heavenly Father.
We also encourage you to pray for your workplace as a whole, asking God to foster unity, harmony, and a spirit of love among your colleagues. As it is written in Romans 12:18 WEB: "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men" and Romans 12:9-10 WEB: "9. Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good. 10. In love of the brothers be tenderly affectionate to one another; in honor preferring one another".
