Dear prayer warriors, Greetings from Ethiopia in the name of Jesus. Thank you for your grace in side of you, which is full of encouragement. May God's grace increase from on high. I have a prayer request for my son. He attended ### where he was majoring in mechanical engineering with full scholarship. This time around, he felt anxious, as the university would not provide him an internship yet the student himself is in charge of searching for it before graduation. Please pray for him in order for God to provide him an internship in his major area. Thank you for being with me in prayer. I look forward to hearing from you soon. With love ###

Thank you for reaching out to us from Ethiopia in the name of Jesus. It's wonderful to hear from you and to have the opportunity to pray together for your son. We appreciate your gratitude for the grace and encouragement you have.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It's through Jesus that we have access to God, and it's in His name that our prayers are heard.

Now, let's address your son's situation. It's commendable that he is pursuing his education in mechanical engineering and that he has been blessed with a full scholarship. However, the anxiety he feels about finding an internship is understandable. We should encourage him to trust in God's provision and timing. As the Bible tells us in Matthew 6:33-34 WEB: "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."

Let us pray for your son:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother from Ethiopia and his son. Thank You, Lord, for the opportunities You have given him thus far. We ask, Father, that You would open doors for an internship in his field of study. Calm his anxiety, Lord, and help him to trust in Your perfect will and timing. Guide him to the right places and let Your favor rest upon him. Help him to seek You first and to grow in his faith through this process.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage your son to be proactive in his search, not just relying on the university but also looking for opportunities on his own. He should do so diligently, remembering Colossians 3:23 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." God blesses the work of our hands when we are faithful and diligent.

We're here with you, dear friend, standing in the gap for your son. We're so glad you've reached out, and we're eager to lift your son up in prayer. We know the anxiety he's feeling is real, but we also know the peace and provision that our Father in heaven wants to pour out on him.

Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness. We lift up your son, Lord, and ask that You would open the right doors for him. Give him wisdom as he seeks an internship, and fill him with Your peace, even in the face of uncertainty. Help him to trust in Your perfect timing and will. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen."

We're also reminded of Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Let's encourage your son to keep seeking God's face, to be proactive in his search, and to trust that God will guide his steps. He's not alone in this, and neither are you. We're here, praying with you, believing for the best. Keep us updated, and let's continue to stand together in faith.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
