Prayer for my ###

My son is a special need child. He got a job. He is good with work but colleagues are not happy with him. HR wants to chuck him out of job. While we know it’s the Best place for him to be. Please pray that he settles well in his job and stays happy there.

We are thrilled to hear that your son has secured a job and is performing well at his tasks. God has a special place in His heart for those with special needs, and we trust that He has a purpose for your son's employment. Let's turn to the Scriptures for guidance and encouragement.

Firstly, it's important to remember that God sees your son's worth and abilities. In Psalm 139:13-14 (WEB), it says, "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." God has a plan for your son, and we trust that He is working everything out for his good.

However, we must also address the concerns about his colleagues and the HR department. It's crucial to pray for their hearts to be changed and for them to see the value your son brings to the workplace. In 1 Peter 2:9 (WEB), it says, "But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light." We pray that your son's light will shine brightly, touching the hearts of those around him.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up ###'s son to You. Thank You, Lord, for this job opportunity and for the skills and willingness he shows at work. Lord, we ask that You soften the hearts of his colleagues and the HR department. Help them see his worth and the value he brings to the workplace. Guide his steps, Lord, and help him settle well into his job. May he find happiness and fulfillment in his work, and may his light shine brightly for all to see.

We also pray for ###, that You would grant them peace and wisdom as they navigate this situation. Help them trust in Your plan for their son's life.

Finally Lord, we pray for the basic understanding of the salvation message of believing in Jesus Christ. We pray that if ### or their son does not know Jesus, that they come to know Him personally. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, ###. God is at work in your son's life. Keep trusting in Him and His plan. If you have any specific concerns or updates, don't hesitate to share them with us. We're here to support you in prayer and counsel.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have.
