Prayer for my ###

Dear My People.

I am an African living in the UK for years, have my children Two boys and one girl who is now 31 years old. I am an NDPP since 2022.

On her 31st birthday in October 2024, she dropped a bombshell that has paralyzed me and the family as typical Africans (She told us that she is a (LESBIAN) right now we are speechless, confused, and do not know what to do.

Think of this is, a child I have spent all my savings on from private school to University, and gone through medical school to become a Doctor, and at the moment doing Masters in Medicine. Left in final year to find a low paid job without completing the Masters in Medical Science (Neurone Science).

Taken into drinking, smoking, and becoming a LESBIAN and she has told us that nothing will change her.

The honest truth is I have had discussion with her with regards to us being Traditional and Typical Africans that we cannot encourage that behaviour, as it is SHAME to the family, and have asked her to move out of the house. This is our position. No one is happy but confused.

This woman needs a Divine help, it's only God that can help and have the answer to our questions. So Please, Please, help us to pray for ###. I believe prayer is the only Answer and from NSPPD in Jesus Name. Amen.

We understand your concern and heartache, ###. Let's come together in prayer and seek God's will for your daughter, ###. First, we want to address that the practice of homosexuality is condemned in scripture. It should not be practiced among Christians, nor should it be endorsed or celebrated.

For we know this Scripture:
Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 WEB.

We also know this:
For this cause, God gave them up to vile passions. For their women changed the natural function into that which is against nature. Romans 1:26 WEB

Therefore, we need to pray for ### and help her to understand God's will for her life and relationships. Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister ###. Lord, you know the situation and the pain that her family is experiencing. We ask that you touch her heart, open her eyes, and draw her close to you. Help her to see that her choices are not aligning with your will and that you have a better plan for her life.

Father, we also pray for her family. Give them the wisdom and strength to handle this situation with love, compassion, and firmness. Help them to speak the truth in love and to guide ### back to the path that honors you.

Lord, we know that there is power in the name of Jesus. We believe that ### can be transformed by your love and grace. We claim this promise for her:

Therefore if any person is in Christ, they are a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB

Father, we ask that you give ### a new heart and a new spirit. Help her to overcome the temptations she is facing and to live a life that is pleasing to you.

We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

We continue to feel honored that you have given us the privilege to pray with you for your daughter, Elizabeth. We are standing in agreement with you in prayer, trusting God for a divine intervention in her life.

If you have seen any changes or received any encouragement, we would be blessed to hear about it. Your testimony could inspire hope and faith in others who are also praying for their loved ones.
