We understand your concern for your grandson and we join you in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort for him.
Let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:19-20 (WEB), "Again, I tell you truly, that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You today to lift up this precious grandson to You. We ask for Your healing touch on his body, that this cold may pass quickly, and that he would be restored to full health. We thank You for Your love and care for him, and for the peace that surpasses all understanding that You provide to his family during this time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He hears our prayers and acts according to His good and perfect will. If you have not already, consider spending time in His Word, the Bible, and in prayer with Him, as this can provide great comfort and strength during times of need.
In addition, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to remember that it is only through His name that we have access to God. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
