Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Zortha and her family to you. Lord, we ask for your intervention and guidance in the situation with her ex-son-in-law and the ongoing child custody court battles. We pray that you would touch his heart and bring about a change in his actions. Help him to understand and accept the court's decision that Zortha's daughter is the primary custodial parent.
Lord, we ask for your peace to reign in this family. We know that you are the God of peace, and we trust in your ability to bring reconciliation and harmony. May your Holy Spirit work in the hearts of each family member, bringing understanding, forgiveness, and unity.
We are reminded of your promise in Philippians 4:6-7, which says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We claim this promise over Zortha and her family, believing that you will grant them the peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and strength for Zortha and her daughter as they navigate through these challenging circumstances. Grant them discernment in making decisions and grant them the courage to stand firm in their convictions.
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in your perfect timing and your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
