Prayer for ###'s mental well-being and our marriage

Posting a new prayer for my wife's mental wellbeing again in hopes that my prayers will be answered. Thank you to those members who have prayed for us, I really do appreciate and feel that God is listening but my wife's heart for me remains silent and distant and there is an absolute absence of marital love. This week again, her feelings towards me have remain unchanged and our bond still lacks romantic affection and love; we have become but roommates who used to share loving familiarity. So I am continuing to pray for my wife's mental health and for her to find the peace she needs to remove all mental and emotional conflict within her which stops her from loving me fully and completely. Please (continue to) pray for my wife's mental health and any internal struggle she may have. Reflecting on our 17+ year relationship I realized that my wife exhibits some borderline personality traits that have been triggered by life changing events such as difficult jobs duties, hormonal changes, stress and a midlife crisis which may have resulted in her altered perception of me as a husband. She has initiated a 1 sided trial separation engaging or flirting with the idea of infidelity and going outside of our marriage which has absolutely crushed my heart and soul because these ideals go against the fabric of our understanding of our Love; at least that was what we had agreed upon when we exchanged our vows. I believe my wife does not truly understand what is troubling her and causing her feelings of emptiness and despair and directing her displeasures in love and life towards me. I pray she has the revelation to seek the help professionally that she needs to gain the tools to help reform a loving relationship for our family. I love my wife dearly and promised to love her in sickness and in health, for richer or for poorer, for better or worse until death parts us, I have not lost hope but each day becomes increasingly harder. Please pray for our marriage to be filled with more love than when we first met and our family to be a strong unit again and most importantly for my wife to Love and desire me in accordance to God's will. I feel God has given me strength this week to persevere for my family and I can feel His uplifting spirit and carry me through this challenging season. Thank you Lord for listening to my prayers. Heavenly Father,

We come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your divine intervention and grace. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Lord, we lift up ###'s wife and their marriage to You, asking for Your peace to envelop their hearts and minds.

Lord, we pray for ###'s wife, that she may find mental well-being and healing. In 1 Peter 5:7, You instruct us to "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." We ask that she may cast all her worries and burdens upon You, finding solace and restoration in Your love. Grant her the clarity and courage to seek the help she needs, and fill her with Your Holy Spirit to overcome any internal struggles and conflicts.

Father, we also bring ###'s marriage before You. Your Word in Ephesians 5:25 reminds us, "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her." We pray that ###'s love for his wife remains steadfast and unwavering, mirroring the sacrificial love of Christ. May this love be a beacon of hope and healing in their relationship.

Lord, we ask for the restoration of their bond, that their marriage may be filled with more love than when they first met. In Colossians 3:14, we are reminded, "And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity." May this love bind them together, overcoming all challenges and trials they face.

We pray for ###'s wife to rediscover her love and desire for her husband in accordance with Your will. May their family be a strong unit, reflecting Your glory and grace. Strengthen ### as he perseveres through this challenging season, and may he continue to feel Your uplifting spirit carrying him through each day.

Thank You, Lord, for listening to our prayers. We trust in Your perfect timing and divine wisdom. In the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
